ANALISIS PENDAYAGUNAAN GENERATIVE ARTIFICIAL INTELEGENCE (GAI) OLEH GURU SD KOTA DENPASAR: PERSPEKTIF ETIKA, EFISIENSI, & EFEKTIVITAS

Pemanfaatan kecerdasan buatan (AI) dalam pendidikan dasar menjadi fenomena global yang transformatif, namun memunculkan urgensi untuk mengkaji integrasinya secara bertanggung jawab dan efektif. Penelitian sebelumnya menunjukkan celah dalam analisis etika, efisiensi waktu guru, dan dampak empiris terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan menilai penggunaan generative AI (GAI) oleh guru SD di Kota Denpasar secara komprehensif dari aspek etika, efisiensi, dan efektivitasnya terhadap peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan survei cross-sectional, data dikumpulkan dari 142 guru SD di Kota Denpasar melalui kuesioner daring berskala Likert (1-5) yang mencakup 12 item etika, 8 item efisiensi, dan 9 item efektivitas. Data dianalisis melalui metode deskriptif dan korelasi Pearson. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa guru SD di Denpasar secara selektif memanfaatkan AI generatif (misalnya ChatGPT, Canva AI, Quizziz AI) sesuai kebutuhan pedagogis spesifik. Persepsi guru terhadap etika (mean = 3.58), efisiensi (mean = 3.70), dan efektivitas (mean = 3.63) seluruh aspek penggunaan GAI berada pada kategori "tinggi". Ditemukan korelasi signifikan antar dimensi, dengan korelasi terkuat antara efisiensi dan efektivitas (r = 0.659, p < 0.01), menunjukkan bahwa kemudahan dan kepraktisan AI sangat memengaruhi persepsi efektivitas pembelajaran. Guru SD di Denpasar telah mengadopsi AI generatif secara etis, efisien, dan efektif. Rekomendasi meliputi pelatihan literasi AI berkelanjutan (fungsional, etikal, pedagogis) dan pemberdayaan guru sebagai designer of learning with AI untuk memastikan integrasi yang bertanggung jawab dan optimal.
