Abstrak

Kurikulum Berbasis Cinta (KBC) merupakan inisiatif strategis Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia untuk memulihkan dimensi kemanusiaan pendidikan melalui penguatan kasih sayang, empati, dan relasi yang memuliakan martabat peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis bagaimana nilai-nilai Asta Brata—Surya, Candra, Agni, Bayu, Baruna, Kuwera, Yama, dan Indra—dapat memperkuat implementasi KBC pada Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) di Provinsi Bali. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kajian literatur (literature review) dengan menganalisis sumber-sumber klasik, modern, dan penelitian empiris yang relevan mengenai KBC, pedagogi cinta, dan kepemimpinan Asta Brata. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi Asta Brata memberikan kerangka kepemimpinan humanistik yang sistematis, mulai dari keteladanan moral (Surya), empati dan kesejahteraan emosional (Candra), inovasi pedagogis (Agni), komunikasi welas asih (Bayu), resolusi konflik restoratif (Baruna), distribusi kesejahteraan guru–murid (Kuwera), disiplin positif berbasis etika (Yama), hingga perlindungan menyeluruh terhadap murid (Indra). Kesimpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa sinergi Asta Brata dan KBC menghasilkan model kepemimpinan madrasah yang kontekstual dengan budaya Bali, spiritual, humanis, dan relevan dengan tuntutan pendidikan Islam abad ke-21. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pelatihan kepemimpinan Asta Brata–KBC bagi kepala MI serta riset lanjutan pada konteks madrasah lainnya.
