Abstract

This study aims to explore the integration of communication management strategies in vocational education, especially in the Bali State Polytechnic, in supporting the digitalization of sustainable tourism promotion based on Tri Hita Karana.  Using a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method, data is collected through in -depth interviews, participatory observations, and document studies.    The integration of the values of Tri Hita Karana in digital content strengthens the meaning of sustainable tourism promotion.  This research contributes to the development of project-based learning models that combine digital technology and local wisdom. As a vocational education institution, the Bali State Polytechnic has a strategic role in preparing adaptive human resources on the development of communication technology and the needs of the tourism sector.  The findings show that effective communication strategies require collaboration between lecturers, students, and tourist village managers, by utilizing digital platforms such as social media, websites, and IoT -based information systems.  This integration not only strengthens the capacity of digital promotion, but also reflects the local values of Tri Hita Karana in the practice of harmonious, ethical, and sustainable communication practices. This article recommends the Vocational Curriculum Development Model that harmonizes the mastery of communication technology with the principle of tourism sustainability based on local wisdom.
